Kegel Fitness Method




Recently, due to changes in modern people's daily habits, many people are facing an increasing number of health problems. The basic principle of Kegel fitness method is to help exercise this muscle group by contracting the pelvic floor muscles. The history of this exercise method can be traced back to the 1940s, when Dr Arnold Kegel first proposed this theory. His research shows that through Kegel fitness exercises, women can not only strengthen their pelvic floor muscles but also alleviate issues such as urinary incontinence.

Although Kegel fitness method is suitable for men, women, and children of all ages, research has shown that this exercise method is particularly beneficial for women's pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles in the female reproductive system are usually stretched and weakened during pregnancy and childbirth, which can lead to many negative effects such as urinary incontinence and decreased quality of sexual life. By performing 10 to 15 Kegel muscle training sessions per day, women can achieve positive results in the short term.
